Norwalk Man Threw Baby to Ground: PD
He threw a 9-month-old to the ground during an argument, police said.
NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk man was accused of throwing a 9-month-old child to the ground and assaulting an adult, according to police.
Arturo Apolinario, 31, threw the child to the floor around 7:30 a.m. Sunday during an argument, according to the Norwalk Hour.
A person was struck later on in the day, police said.
