Norwalk Man Violated Protective Order: PD

He woke a victim up and began an assault, police said.

NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk man was arrested after he assaulted a victim who he was banned from seeing due to a protective order, police said.

The victim told police that David Harris, 59, woke her up on Aug. 31 and was struck by him, according to the Norwalk Hour.

He left the home before police arrived and a warrant was approved for his arrest. He is charged with interfering with a 911 call, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
