"This closure will allow Norwalk’s Memorial Day Parade to proceed safely to the Norwalk Green," Lt. Terrence Blake said in a release. "Variable message signs located along I-95 and at the exit 16 ramps will serve to notify motorists of the exit 16 closure."

All other I-95 exits in Norwalk will remain open during the parade, police said.
