Norwalk Mom Suspected Of Being High While At Kid's School: Report
Police said officers believed she was high on PCP at the time.
NORWALK, CT — A 40-year-old Norwalk mother was arrested Wednesday after she tried to pick up her child from school while she was high on PCP, writes The Hour.
Carla Hill was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school, risk of injury to a child and other charges after police found 10 bags of suspected PCP in her possession. She was held in lieu of bail of $15,000.
Officers had been called to Columbus Magnet School by staff who said Hill was acting erratically when she came to pick up her child, who was subsequently turned over to Hill's mother.
