Norwalk PD Raises Money For Smilow Family Breast Health

The Norwalk Police Benevolent Association along with the Norwalk Police Department raised $3,330.

From Norwalk PD: During the month of October 2017, the Norwalk Police Department participated in the Pink Patch Project. The Pink Patch Project is an innovative public awareness campaign designed to bring attention to the fight against breast cancer and to support breast cancer research organizations in combating this devastating disease. During October, Norwalk Police Officers wore pink patches to raise awareness. During the month long fundraising campaign, the Norwalk Police Benevolent Association along with the Norwalk Police Department raised $3,330. On November 21, 2017, the Norwalk Police Benevolent Association presented the check to the Smilow Family Breast Health Center at Norwalk Hospital.
