- Anastacio Bautista-Castro, 42, of Norwalk was charged with DUI, failure to obey a traffic control signal and operating without a license.
- Nelson Juarez-Amaya, 35, of Norwalk was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
- Jennifer Morales, 19, of Norwalk was charged with failure to appear and failure to respond to an infraction.
- Jeffre Nagle, 51, of Norwalk was charged with disorderly conduct.
- Xiomara Sanchez, 37, of Stamford was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

- David Dodge, 34, was charged with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana and other drug offenses.

- Timothy Marriner, 22, of Norwalk was charged with illegal manufacture, distribution or sale of a narcotic and other drug-related crimes.
- Kenneth McFadden, 29, of Norwalk was charged with violation of probation.
- Nicholas Smickle, 32, of Bridgeport was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device.
