NORWALK, CT — The Norwalk Police Department hosts "SoNo Day Out" from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 6, in Ryan Park.  The event is geared toward children and their families and includes volleyball, basketball, Zumba and other sports. Additionally, there will be arts and crafts, a bouncy house, a puppet show, a magician, free food and free health screenings, among other activities.    A highlight of the event will be a tug-o-war between members of the Norwalk police and fire departments.
