Norwalk Police Off. Hubie Smith Retires After 29 Years
Smith was a Field Training Officer, and was instrumental in establishing the department's Bicycle Unit.
Norwalk, CT - Congratulations are in order to Norwalk Police Officer Hubie Smith, who retired from the force Friday after a 29-year career, the department announced on its Facebook page.
Smith held various positions in the department, including Field Training Officer, and he worked for several years in the Community Policing Unit. He was also instrumental in helping the department establish its Bicycle Unit.
