Norwalk Police Investigate Death
A man's friends transported him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Norwalk Police are investigating a death after a group of men brought their 20-year-old friend to the hospital.
Norwalk Hospital staff notified police that a 20-year-old male identified as Alejando Garcia was brought to the hospital around 1:30 a.m. August 9. He was brought to the ER and pronounced dead on arrival.
The man’s friends remained at the hospital until police arrived and are cooperating with the investigation, police said.

An autopsy was performed August 10 and police are awaiting the lab results. There were no signs of foul play.
