Norwalk Police Search For Alleged Identity Thief

The suspect recently worked in a local doctor's office.

NORWALK, CT — The Norwalk Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating Rashel Williams, 35, who is wanted on four arrest warrants for identity theft, larceny and related charges.

"The warrants charged Williams with larceny, ID theft, credit card fraud and forgery," wrote police in a statement. "Recently Williams worked at a local doctor’s office as a receptionist. During this time, she stole the credit card numbers and check information of patients."
