Norwalk Police Seek Help in Solving 1996 Cold Case Homicide

The body of 28-year-old Angelo Garcia was found at Swanky Franks on Connecticut Avenue.

NORWALK, CT — The body of Angelo Garcia, 28, was discovered in an office at Swanky Franks on Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk on Nov. 9, 1996, and police are asking for the public's help in solving the homicide.

The below Facebook post describes the case, in which a man named Edgardo Moreno Miramón aka "Chiclets"was identified as a suspect in the killing but his whereabouts are unknown.
