Norwalk Police Surveillance Operation Results in Arrest of 2 on Alleged Narcotics Charges
And one of the suspects was additionally charged with weapons violations.

NORWALK, CT — Two Norwalk men were arrested on narcotics charges in Norwalk Tuesday after a surveillance operation on a residence on Westport Avenue, according to police.
Brian Martinez, 27, and Kevin Delrosario, 23, were arrested on multiple illegal narcotics charges, and Delrosario was additionally charged with illegal weapons charges.
Members of the Norwalk Police Department's Special Services Division had been investigating the two for months, according to officials.

"During the surveillance operation, investigators observed Delrosario engage in a drug transaction," wrote Norwalk police in a Facebook post. "At this time investigators moved in and took both Delrosario and Martinez into custody. During the subsequent search warrant execution, investigators seized additional marijuana along with a 12 gauge shotgun and a stolen .380 handgun."
