Norwalk Public Schools To Host Third Annual Elementary School Showcase

Families are invited to learn more about the district's 13 elementary schools that include a wide variety of magnet programs.

NORWALK, CT — Norwalk Public Schools will host its third annual Elementary School Showcase Jan. 30 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Cranbury Elementary School, located at 10 Knowalot Lane.

According to a news release provided by the school district, families are invited to learn more about the district's 13 elementary schools that include a wide variety of magnet programs focusing on language, character, college and career readiness and visual and performing arts, as well as neighborhood schools.

Each school will have a booth set up in the Cranbury gymnasium and representatives from each school will be available to speak with families about the amazing opportunities available to them next year. Community partners will have booths set up in the school lobby leading into the gym, according to the district.

The Elementary School Choice Lottery will open on the same night, and families can learn more about the process at the showcase.

Kindergarten and new student registration for the 2024-25 school year will open on Feb. 1, according to the district.
