Norwalk Releases MLK Day 2022 Schedule
The city reminds Norwalk residents of the following information for Martin Luther King Jr. Day this year.
NORWALK, CT — City Hall in Norwalk, as well as the main branch and SoNo branch libraries, will be closed Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
According to a news release, city garbage and recycling collection services will follow a regular collection schedule Monday.
The Norwalk Transfer Station, located at 61 Crescent Street, will be open Monday. The Yard Waste Site, located at 15 South Smith Street, will be closed.

Coronavirus testing at Shady Beach will be open Monday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., while COVID-19 vaccine clinics at Veteran's Park will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. that day.
