Norwalk Releases Presidents' Day 2022 Schedule
Norwalk has released information regarding garbage and recycling pickup, City Hall hours and more during the 2022 Presidents' Day holiday.
NORWALK, CT — The city's garbage and recycling collection services will follow a regular collection schedule during the Presidents' Day holiday Monday.
In a news release, city officials also issued the following reminders for Monday:
- The Norwalk Transfer Station, located at 61 Crescent Street, will be open.
- The Yard Waste Site, located at 15 South Smith Street, will be closed.
- COVID-19 testing operations at Shady Beach will be closed.
- COVID-19 vaccine clinics at Veteran's Park will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- The main branch and SoNo branch libraries will be closed.
- City Hall will be closed.
