District officials said Przybisiki has been fighting for equity and combating antisemitism her whole life. In February, she was given the opportunity to sit on a panel with Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff at a leadership conference.

Also on the panel was Maggie Siddiqi, the director for the U.S. Department of Education's Center for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships.

Siddiqi and President Joe Biden's administration were so inspired by the words Przybisiki shared at the leadership conference that they invited her to speak at this week's conference.

Przybisiki will attend Brandeis University in the fall, where she plans to double major in political science and Judaic studies.

"Congratulations to Przybisiki on this incredible honor to proudly represent her family, her community and Norwalk Public Schools in our nation's capital," district officials said in a news release.
