McMahon's Aleko Petridis has been named to the District II all-star team that will compete in the Connecticut High School Coaches Association All-Star baseball games on Tuesday at Plainville High School.

District III meets II at 5 p.m. June 14 and I plays IV at 7:30 with the two winners squaring off on Wednesday at 5 p.m.

The Junior Select game will be on Wednesday at 7:30. A selection committee of college coaches and scouts will pick the best 18 senior players for a game against a Massachusetts team June 26 at 1 at Plainville.

McMahon's Bryan Daniello, the FCIAC player of the year, and Norwalk's Matt Eddale have been selected to the Junior Select grey team.
