However, a seven game winning streak which was snapped against St. Joseph on Wednesday, has put the Bears in control of their own destiny.

Norwalk (9-5 in league play) enters the final week of the regular season holding a one-game lead over ninth-place Greenwich (8-6). The Bears also beat the Cardinals, so it's essentially a two-game advantage.

Norwalk can clinch a spot by winning three of its final four games. The Bears face Trumbull on Friday, then take on McMahon, Ridgefield and Trinity Catholic next week. McMahon will be tough, but the others are winnable games.
