The McMahon and Norwalk baseball teams could be headed to a third meeting in less than three weeks in the CIAC Class LL state tournament.

It will happen if they each win their first-round games on Tuesday. In all-FCIAC  matchups, No. 3 McMahon (16-5) hosts No. 30 Stamford (8-12) and No. 14 Norwalk (14-8) entertains No. 19 Greenwich (11-9) . The two winners clash in the second round on Wednesday.

On May 16, James Cooksey tossed a no-hitter in Norwalk's 6-0 win over McMahon.  The Bears beat the Senators again in the FCIAC playoffs last week with a 5-3 win in the quarterfinals.
