1. Norwalk High rolls over Harding
The Norwalk High football team stayed in the CIAC Class LL state championship mix with a 42-20 victory over Harding on Monday in a game that was postponed from Saturday.

Delshawn Wilson accounted for three touchdowns for the Bears, who improved to 6-1 with their second straight victory following their only loss to New Canaan. Harding slipped to 2-5.
Wilson's 68-yard TD pass to Kenny Francois sparked a 21-point first quarter as Norwalk jumped out to a 21-0 lead.

Tomar Joseph followed with a 3-yard TD run before Kwanzee Rice recovered a fumble in the end zone. Wison then tossed a 26-yard TD pass to Derek Edwards to make it 28-0.
Antwan Clark returned the ensuing kickoff 88 yards for a score before Wilson's 1-yard keeper gave Norwalk a 35-6 lead at the half.
In the second half, Taquan Broadway scored two TDs for the Presidents, sandwiched around Joseph's 6-yard TD scamper.
Norwalk is fifth in the Class LL rating and among seven one-loss teams, including Greenwich. The Bears are off this weekend before hosting Fairfield Ludlowe on Nov. 12.
2. Field hockey playoffs set for Wednesday
The FCIAC has announced that the field hockey quarterfinals will be played on Wednesday at two sites: McMahon and Fairfield-Ludlowe.
McMahon, Stamford vs. Staples, 5 p.m., Westhill-Darien, 7 p.m.
At Ludlowe: Norwalk-New Canaan, 5 p.m., Ludlowe-Wilton, 7 p.m.
The semifinals at set for New Canaan on Thursday (5 and 7 p.m.) with the finals pushed back until Saturday at 10 a.m. at McMahon
