The Norwalk Packers fourth grade football team won the American Youth Football New England Regional championship on Saturday with a 27-7 victory over Londonderry, N.H., in Leominster, Mass.
By virtue of the win, the Packers earned the right to play in the national championship next month in Florida. However, the Packers declined the invitation, so Saturday was their final game of the season.
