Norwalk drops to 10th in Class LL rankings
The Norwalk football team slipped six spots to No. 10 in the latest CIAC Class LL state rankings following Friday's 28-14 loss to New Canaan. The Bears dropped to 4-1 and are one of 11 teams in the division with one loss, including No. 6 Ridgefield (4-1) and No. 12 Greenwich (4-1).

There are only four unbeaten teams left in Class L, including No. 3 Staples (4-0).
Norwalk visits Ridgefield (7 p.m.) on Friday in what could shape up as an elimination contest.
