Norwalk Scores and Standings: Oct. 26

The McMahon field hockey team hosts Fairfield Ludlowe on Wednesday (4 p.m.) with a berth in the FCIAC playoffs on the line.

Heading into the final day of the regular season, four teams are fighting for the final two playoff spots: Greenwich (11 points), Westhill (11 points), Fairfield Ludlowe (10 points) and McMahon (10 points).

The Ludlowe-McMahon winner will grab a spot while Westhill can also secure a berth on Wednesday with a win over New Canaan.

Six teams have locked up spots in the playoffs, which begin on Saturday: Darien, Wilton, Norwalk, Staples, Stamford and New Canaan.
