The Vikings (9-5-2), who appeared headed for a long season when they had to forfeit three early victories after it was learned that one of their players competed in a men's league.
However, Westhill recovered from an 0-5 start by going 9-0-2 and will enter the playoffs as the league's hottest team.
The Vikings, who needed to win Wednesday's game to get in, secured the No. 6 seed and will visit No. 3 seed Darien (11-2-3) in the quarterfinals on Friday.
Westhill, Wilton and New Canaan all tied with 29 points, but Westhill secured the sixth seed based on having the best record among the three team. Wilton grabbed the No. 7 seed by virtue of its win over New Canaan.
