A court affidavit spells out just how severely Pedro Salinas allegedly beat the girl whose mother moved her family in with him.

NORWALK, CT — The 2-year-old girl, allegedly beaten by registered sex offender Pedro Salinas, suffers from bleeding on the brain, multiple bruises and retinal hemorrhaging, in addition to having trouble walking, reports The Hour.
In a court affidavit, prosecutors spell out the horrific abuse allegedly dished out by Salinas against the little girl, whose mother moved her family from California to Norwalk to be with Salinas, who the woman met online.
Salinas is alleged to have so severely shook and beat the child that it caused her to require extensive assistance to walk, writes reporter John Nickerson.
