Norwalk Woman Accused Of Going After Ex With Bat: Report

Police said a Norwalk woman is accused of going after her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend with a bat in her hand.

NORWALK, CT — Police said a Norwalk woman is accused of going after her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend with a bat, the Norwalk Hour reported. The incident occurred Sunday night in South Norwalk around 10 p.m., police said.

According to the Hour, police said 19-year-old Arismassiel Castro had gone after the two while holding a bat, intending to fight. The accused told police the fight occurred after the new girlfriend sent her insulting text messages.

Police said the accused was charged with breach of peace and released on a promise to appear in court, according to the Hour.
