Norwalk Woman Tries To Steal $1,200 In Meds From Stop & Shop In Fairfield: Police

The suspect was arrested over the weekend.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A Norwalk woman is accused of trying to steal more than $1,200 worth of over-the-counter medications from Stop & Shop in Fairfield over the weekend, according to multiple reports.

The Fairfield Citizen reports Christina Foley, 32, of South Benedict Street, was arrested after police say she tried to steal $1,220 worth of Nexium, Prilosec, Flonase, Nasacort and Abreva from the Stop & Shop located at 1160 Kings Highway Cutoff in Fairfield. Foley also had two outstanding arrest warrants out of Norwalk for failure to appear in court and was turned over to the Norwalk Police Department, according to the Fairfield Daily Voice.
