Norwalk's Lillian August To Design Apartments: Report
The 24-unit complex is located in the center of Norwalk.
NORWALK, CT — High-end interior design and furniture retailer Lillian August Designs will create design concepts for an apartment complex in Norwalk on Belden Avenue that will bare its name, reports The Hour and The Wall Street Journal.
The Residences by Lillian August will be in the former Virgin Atlantic buildings at 747 Belden Ave.
The 24-unit complex was recently purchased by Dalzell Capital Partners LLC and Legacy Investing LLC, which are teaming up with Norwalk-based Lillian August on the project.
