Eileen Q. Vetter, age 92 of Norwalk, wife of the late Dr. Ignatius “Joe” Vetter, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 after a lengthy illness. Eileen was born on March 13, 1925 in the Bronx, New York, daughter of the late William and Anne (Lennon) Quick.
Eileen is survived by a son, Thomas J. Vetter and his wife, Grace; a daughter, Kathy Vetter; 3 grandsons, Gregory and his wife, Jessica, Raymond and Benedict; 2 sisters Dorothy Buccheri and Joan Quick; two nieces and nephew.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 10 AM in St. Jerome Church, 23 Half Mile Road, Norwalk. Burial will be private. There will be no calling hours. To sign an online guestbook, please go to www.magnerfuneralhome.com.
