Claire was an active mom throughout Tracey Elementary School, West Rocks Middle School, and Norwalk High School. Claire was part of the founding members of the Norwalk High School Marching Band Organization. Claire was known as a good listener and a very kind person. Her greatest joy was being part of her grandson’s daily lives and activities. She would color, play catch, kick a soccer ball and even "be in the net." Claire shared her grandsons Patrik and Kyle's love of hockey, and you would always see her in the stands to cheer them on.

Claire loved to walk, read, crossword puzzles and family picnics at Shady Beach. She also loved to spend time with family in Madison. She enjoyed looking for sea glass and 4th of July's up at the beach house. Claire loved to bake and decorate her grandsons and family special cakes.

Claire enjoyed her family vacations to Alaska, Bermuda, Canada, Lake Placid, Bahamas, Florida, and cruises. Claire loved Christmas and celebrating every holiday with her family. FAMILY was most important to her. Claire's love for her family will live on for generations.

Her Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022, at 11 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 203 East Avenue in Norwalk. Other services to be held privately.
