After the birth of his two sons, Christopher and Michael, the family relocated to Stamford, Connecticut where Frank worked for Clairol, Glenbrook Labs, and Sterling Drug. In 1980, Frank began working for Estee Lauder where he worked in both their New York City and Melville, Long Island locations. Eventually he was promoted to Director of Global Packaging and Purchasing.

In 1987, Frank founded his own company, Sinron International, Inc.. He took on two partners, hired his son Christopher, and grew the business into a thriving enterprise. Newly divorced, Frank moved to Rowayton, Connecticut where he eventually purchased his dream home across from the beach in the Rowayton Beach Association (RBA). It was here that Frank met his life partner, Rita Leone, a lawyer from White Plains, N.Y.

Together they made their home a gathering place for friends and family. This included their beloved grandchildren, Nicholas, Joseph and Christina Sinatra of Stamford, CT, and his son Michael and his wife Roberta’s children, Kathleen and Julia Sinatra of Bridgewater, CT.

Frank spent many years enjoying the beach, serving as the RBA’s Beach Director and President. He liked nothing better than spending hours in the sun socializing and hosting notable parties including an annual beachside clambake. In 2007, he and Rita extended their love of the beach to Anguilla in the Caribbean where they took annual winter vacations for almost a decade.

In 2016, Frank and Rita said goodbye to the harsh winters of the Northeast permanently and bought a lakeside home in Venice, Florida. They spent countless hours exploring the beaches, seafood restaurants and attractions of the Gulf of Mexico. Per usual, they made their home a gathering place filled with love, laughter, and good food.

Their grandchildren spent many vacations introducing their friends to their beloved Pop-Pop and Aunt Reets. We believe Frank continues to enjoy the camaraderie of special family and friends in the perpetual sunshine of heaven.
