Obituary : Jaime Jaramillo
An amazing human being with unique nobility and generosity, never asking for anything in return.
Jaime Jaramillo age 74, beloved husband to Luz Toro of Norwalk, passed away on September 28, 2019 at Norwalk Hospital. He was born on October 9, 1944 in Pereira, Colombia and was a son to Carmen Ines Velasquez and Jaime Jaramillo. An amazing human being with unique nobility and generosity, never asking for anything in return. Jaime was a hard working man, he was a business owner, Banker, worked at Stew Leonards for 18 years and the Marriott Hotel for 20 years. He was an avid Soccer fan.
Survivors in addition to his wife include his children, Claudia, Carlos Mario, Monica and Veronica; grandchildren, Melina, Juanes, Mateo, Carlos Mario, Jonathan, Milena and Brian; 10 sisters and 10 brothers and a host of nieces and nephews.
Friends may greet the family on Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the Hoyt-Cognetta / Raymond Funeral Home, 5 East Wall Street in Historic Norwalk. Burial will be at a later date in Colombia. Please visit www.norwalkfh.com to leave an online condolence for the family.
