Obituary: Kiriaki Pasiakos, 91, Of Norwalk
She loved gardening and being outdoors, reading, and especially taking care of her family who will miss her dearly.

Kiriaki Pasiakos, age 91, of Norwalk died peacefully at Norwalk Hospital on Friday, March 30. She was the loving wife of the late Konstantinos “Kosta” Pasiakos.
Kiriaki was born on January 17, 1927 in Lamarousia, Russia, the daughter of the late George and Palasa Michaelidis. Shortly after her birth her family emigrated to Spilia, Kozani, Greece where she grew up.

She moved here over 50 years ago and has been a very active member of the St. George Greek Orthodox Church. Kiriaki was very spiritual. She loved gardening and being outdoors, reading and especially taking care of her family who will miss her dearly.
Survivors include her children Sophia Kasparis and her husband Andy of Norwalk, with whom she resided, Palasa Sahinidou and her husband Petros of Greece, and George Pasiakos and his wife Gail of South Windsor, CT. Also surviving are her loving grandchildren Kosta and his wife Eleni, George and his wife Sophia, Katerina and her husband Kosta, Tanya and her husband Chris, Haroula and her husband Chris, and George, and great grandchildren Sophia, Penelope, Nikoleta, Andrew, Stathi, Nena, Sophia and Despina, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she is also predeceased by her eight siblings.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 3 at 11 a.m. at St. George Greek Orthodox Church (238 West Rocks Road, Norwalk) with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery. Kiriaki’s family will receive friends at the Magner Funeral Home (12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk) on Monday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a Trisagion service at 6 p.m.
