Lucy Vallere, 65, of Norwalk, CT passed away November 15, 2020. She was born on January 9, 1955 in Stamford, CT to Esmeraldo S. Hernandez Sr. and Dorothy J. Hernandez.
Lucy was predeceased by her parents Esmeraldo S. Hernandez Sr. and Dorothy J. Hernandez, her brothers Ralph Popp and Michael Hernandez , Grandson Isaiah C Tarver and Nephew Johnny Kurensky.
She enjoyed Playing Bingo, Arts & Crafts, Traveling, Donating to many organizations.
She provided strength to many in there unfortunate times and lent a helping hand to everyone she knew. Lucy retired from Big Enough Clothing as a Customer Service Manager.

She is survived by her Husband Kerbert Vallere SR, 4 Biological Children Lucy ( Lindy) Newton of Stratford, Jameelah Narcise( Timmy) of Norwalk, Crystal Narcise of Stratford, CT, Brandon Segovia of Norwalk, CT. Grandchildren Bryce J Narcise, Timothy W Williams, Terrance M Austin Jr, Crysette L Austin. Her Siblings Rosemary Kurensky ( Art) of Norwalk, CT Julian Hernandez ( Norine) of Stratford, CT, Esmeraldo ( JR) Hernandez
( Karen) of Naugatuck, CT, Juan Hernandez ( Zaida) of Naugatuck, CT. A Host of Nieces and Nephews and many lives that she touched that called her Ma, Grandma, Sister, Big L.
A memorial service will be held for Lucy on Saturday, November 21, 2020 from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Hoyt-Cognetta/Raymond Funeral Home in Historic Norwalk located on 5 E Wall Street. Please visit www.norwalkfh.com to leave an online condolence for the family.
