Rose Mrvica, age 84, former wife of the late Vladimir A. Mrvica, passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Norwalk Hospital. Rose was born on June 27, 1933 in Zirje, Croatia. Daughter of the late Mate and Nikoleta Sizgorich.
After raising her family in Willow Grove, PA, she worked in retail in Norwalk and Scranton. Near retirement, Rose returned to Norwalk where she took great pleasure in the day care of her beloved great granddaughter Evy.

Her final home was in Wilton's Ogden House, where she continued her life-long interest in gardening.
Rose is survived by her daughters, Linda Lee, Ann Mrvica, grandchildren Matthew Lee and Jessica Jones, great grandchildren Evelynne and Zakk Jones, step-great grandchild Kelsey Zarembski, a brother Thomas Sizgorich and sister Mary Sizgorich, and six nieces.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at The Magner Funeral Home (12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk). Remembrances will be at 4:30 p.m. Burial will be private.
