Samantha was a 2019 graduate of Norwalk High School. She attended Roger Williams University and graduated Cum Laude in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Education. Samantha was a full-time substitute teacher at New Lebanon Public School in Greenwich, and was loved by all of her students. She had recently applied to graduate school in pursuit of a career in Special Education. She had found her calling.

Samantha, affectionately known as Sammy, was happiest when she was with her family and friends. She was her parent’s world. She was adored by her two nieces, Maddie and Emme, and she cherished the time spent with them. She loved singing and dancing to her favorite songs, and enjoyed the simple things in life…her morning coffee, sitting on the beach, family vacations to Cape Cod, or watching the sunrise and sunset. She loved her naps with her puppy Benny, given to her as a Christmas gift. Sammy was extremely close to her sisters Kim, Lee and Jessie. Whether they were singing Mama Mia at the top of their lungs together, driving to the beach, or just cuddling on the couch watching their favorite TV shows, Sammy was their light, their joy, their baby sister.

She and Jolie Lubin had been very best friends since first grade at All Saints School. They were inseparable, both in life and in death.
