Office Building Up For Sale In Norwalk: Report

NORWALK, CT — An office building in Norwalk that received $6 million in renovations over the past five years has been put up for sale, the Norwalk Hour is reporting. The building is located at 40 Richards Avenue, alongside Interstate 95.

According to the Norwalk Hour, the seven-story office building was previously purchased for $16.5 million in 2013 by The Davis Companies.

Inquiries for the building are being handled by Cushman & Wakefield, a Chicago-based commercial real estate services company with a regional office in New York. The group has not listed an asking price publicly.
