Office, Flex Building In Norwalk Sells For $2.225 Million
The property is located on the Westport/Norwalk line and is easily accessible from I-95, Route 7 and the Merritt Parkway.
NORWALK, CT – Brett A. Sherman CCIM, Senior Vice President of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., announced Wednesday the sale of an 18,500 square-foot office/flex building at 507 Westport Avenue for $2.225 million.
“The buyer will be putting substantial capital improvements into the building over time and will occupy part of it for their own use,” Sherman said in a release.
The property is located on the Westport/Norwalk line and is easily accessible from I-95, Route 7 and the Merritt Parkway. Sherman represented the buyer in this transaction.
