Over 100 Gather In Support Of Norwalk Principal: Report

The protest was organized in response to rumored plans to remove the longtime middle school principal.

NORWALK, CT — Rumored plans to remove longtime West Rocks Middle School Principal Lynne Moore resulted in over 100 students, parents and community members gathering in front of City Hall in protest Tuesday, the Norwalk Hour reported.

According to the Hour, the rally was organized by a West Rocks parent, who also created an online petition that had garnered nearly 700 signatures as of Tuesday. District officials said they were unable to comment on personal matters when asked about the rumors.
