Over 160 Grams Of Fentanyl Seized, 2 Arrested In Norwalk: Police
Officers seized over 160 grams of pure fentanyl and 60 grams of crack cocaine during a search in Norwalk, according to police.

NORWALK, CT — Officers seized over 160 grams of pure fentanyl and 60 grams of crack cocaine during a search this week in Norwalk, resulting in two arrests, according to police.
In a news release, Police Lt. Joe Dinho said the department's Special Services Division, ESU Tactical Response Team and Connecticut State Police South West Statewide Narcotics unit executed multiple search and seizure warrants Wednesday after a four-month joint investigation in Norwalk and other areas of Fairfield County.
During the search, police seized the following items:

- Approximately 39 grams of powder cocaine.
- Approximately 60 grams of crack cocaine.
- Approximately 166 grams of pure fentanyl.
- Approximately two pounds of marijuana.
- Credit cards and various forms of identification with fictitious identities.
- Narcotics packaging material, blenders, scales and various narcotics paraphernalia.
- Fourteen cell phones, numerous tablets, computer printers and lap top computers.
- A 2018 Jeep Cherokee.
- Approximately $3,569 in cash.
Hilary Guillen, 28, of Norwalk, was charged with illegal selling/manufacturing of cannabis, conspiracy to commit illegal selling/manufacturing of cannabis, risk of injury to a child and first-degree forgery, among other charges.
Her bond was set at $150,000 and she is scheduled to appear in court next month, Dinho said.

Sylvester Edward, 34, of Norwalk, was charged with sale of narcotic substance, possession of controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, interfering/resisting, simple trespass, interfering with a search, illegal selling/manufacturing of cannabis, conspiracy to commit illegal selling/manufacturing of cannabis, risk of injury to a child, first-degree forgery and operating a motor vehicle under suspension, among other charges.
His bond was set at $752,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court next month, Dinho said.
Dinho also noted Edward currently has 11 other cases pending and, at the time of his arrest, was out on $405,000 in bonds. He has 23 prior arrests dating back to 2007.
