NORWALK, CT — According to the Eversource outage map, there are 19,592 customers without power in Norwalk as of 2:30 p.m. Monday as heavy rain moves through the area.

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Fairfield and Litchfield counties until 10 p.m. Monday.
