Patriot Bank Names George Herring Norwalk Area Sales Manager

Patriot Bank, N.A. has announced the promotion of Norwalk resident George Herring to Vice President, Norwalk Area Sales Manager.

In his newly created role, Mr. Herring will oversee Patriot’s banking relationships and sales activities throughout Westport, Norwalk and Darien.

He previously served as Patriot’s Vice President, Branch Manager in Darien, where the bank’s ITMs were first offered.

Mr. Herring has served as a financial services leader for 38 years with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing new products and sales programs, coaching retail staff and helping to open new branches.

Mr. Herring serves on the Stamford Community Council of United Way of Western Connecticut and on the boards of Junior Achievement of Western Connecticut and ElderHouse in Norwalk.
