Patriot Bank Names Monique Mason Retail Training Officer

Patriot Bank, N.A. has announced the promotion of Norwalk resident Monique Mason to Assistant Vice President, Retail Training Officer.

In her new role, she will be developing and implementing a retail-training program and curriculum, as well as leading staff development.

Ms. Mason first joined Patriot as Assistant Branch Manager in Westport, bringing 16 years of experience in branch management, developing and executing consumer banking sales, and providing guidance to banking teams.

Ms. Mason has provided financial literacy education to Homes with Hope and has worked closely with Al’s Angels.
