Police Investigating Vehicle Burglary In Norwalk: PD

NORWALK, CT — Norwalk police are asking for help identifying a man suspected of stealing items from a parked vehicle. The incident occurred Saturday, Jan.6, at the Fitness Edge on Westport Avenue, according to a release.

Police said credit cards and jewelry were stolen as a result of the burglary, and the credit cards were subsequently used in Bridgeport. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Detective Bell at 203-854-3183.

Police said anonymous tips can be left by calling the Norwalk Police Tip Line at 203-854-3111 or on the Norwalk Police Department website. Anonymous text tips can be submitted by typing "NPD" into the text field, followed by the message, and sending it to CRIMES (274637).
