Police: Norwalk Couple Arrested After Alleged Three-Day Domestic Incident
The two were arrested after police encountered a residence strewn with broken items and overturned furniture.

A Norwalk couple was charged after their quarrel over money issues turned into an alleged three-day battle that destroyed furniture.
Luis Hernandez, 58 of Hanford Place and Marta Chaves, 54 also of Hanford Place were arrested on various charges, according to the Norwalk Hour.
Police were called to their residence on Tuesday. They found overturned pieces of furniture, items ripped from walls and a general mess, according to police. Each accused the other of assault.

Hernandez was charged with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault. Chaves was issued a summons for third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
