Police: Norwalk Man Urinated on Stroffolino Bridge
The man also allegedly had a fake ID.

Police arrested a Norwalk man who allegedly urinated on the Stroffolino Bridge and was in possession of a fake ID.
An officer spotted Jose Franco-Lopez, 44, of Norwalk urinating on the bridge, according to the Hour. He waited for him to finish and then asked him for identification.
He produced an ID that was falling apart, police said. The officer ran the ID and it came back with a different picture. The man then gave the officer his real ID.

He was charged with third-degree forgery, creating a public disturbance and interfering with an officer.
