NORWALK, CT — Police are asking for the public's help identifying two suspects wanted in connection to an attempted robbery that took place in Norwalk earlier this year.

In a news release, Police Sgt. Ryan Evarts said the incident was reported Aug. 3 after the suspects went to pick up an item a person was selling online.

According to Evarts, one of the suspects tried to physically take the item after offering fake currency. The suspect then indicated he had a weapon before fleeing the area.
