Police Seize Large Amount Of Drugs, Arrest Norwalk Man After Months-Long Investigation: PD

Police said they seized a large cache of drugs from a Norwalk residence and a car in Stamford during a months-long investigation.

NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk man is facing numerous drug charges after police say they seized a large amount of narcotics both at a residence in Norwalk last October and inside a vehicle in Stamford last week.

Felix Leb-Pimentel, who turns 24 on Feb. 7, was arrested on Jan. 29 in Stamford following a lengthy investigation.

As part of the investigation, Stamford police, in conjunction with the Norwalk Police Department's Emergency Services Unit, executed a search warrant on Oct. 9, 2025, at an apartment in the 390 block of Main Street in Norwalk, but Leb-Pimentel was not home at the time, Assistant Stamford Police Chief Richard Conklin told Patch.

In what police described as a "stash room," officers seized 5.7 pounds of marijuana; 8.9 grams of powder cocaine; eight 16 ounce bottles of Promethazine cough syrup; 143 THC vape cartridges; 198 grams of psilocybin mushrooms; and scales, police said, noting an arrest warrant was developed.

On Jan. 29, officers located Leb-Pimentel in a parked car in the 80 block of Stephen Street in Stamford, Conklin said, and he was arrested on the previous warrant that charges him with possession of narcotics; possession of marijuana greater than 1 kilo; possession of marijuana with intent to sell; possession of a hallucinogen; and possession of a hallucinogen with intent to sell.

The warrant came with a $100,000 bond.

A search of Leb-Pimentel's vehicle found 23 Oxycodone pills; 10 Xanax pills; 10 THC vapes; 19 bags of marijuana totaling 74.2 grams; 28.3 grams of THC wax; and two 16 ounce bottles of Promethazine, police said. Officers also found $5,092 in cash.

Leb-Pimentel was additionally charged with possession of narcotics; possession of narcotics with intent to sell; possession of marijuana; possession of marijuana with intent to sell; possession of a controlled substance; and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, according to police. Those charges came with a $50,000 bond.

Conklin said Leb-Pimentel was arraigned in Stamford Superior Court on Jan. 30, and his total bond of $150,000 remained the same. He was later taken to Bridgeport Correctional Center.

Leb-Pimentel is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 11.
