NEW LONDON, CT — Police said a Norwalk man was stunned with a Taser after he was evicted from his apartment Tuesday but allegedly refused to leave, the Norwalk Hour reported. Police said the accused locked both his landlord and a state marshal out of the Main Street residence and refused to open the door.
According to the Hour, police said officers gained entrance into the apartment but 63-year-old Anthony Ross still refused to leave. Police said officers had to physically restrain the accused when he allegedly began walking away from police and was stunned with a Taser when he continued to resist arrest.
