I-95 Exit Reopens In Norwalk After Flooding: State Police

Update: State police said around 3:30 p.m. on Twitter "all lanes of I-95 southbound at Exit 16 in Norwalk have reopened."

NORWALK, CT — Interstate 95 southbound is closed at Exit 16 in Norwalk due to flooding, state police said Tuesday afternoon.

State police said on Twitter around 3 p.m. they are unable to anticipate how long the exit will be closed.

"Traffic is being diverted off of Exit 16," state police said. "Please seek alternate routes and plan for traffic delays."
