Update: State police said around 3:30 p.m. on Twitter "all lanes of I-95 southbound at Exit 16 in Norwalk have reopened."


NORWALK, CT — Interstate 95 southbound is closed at Exit 16 in Norwalk due to flooding, state police said Tuesday afternoon.

State police said on Twitter around 3 p.m. they are unable to anticipate how long the exit will be closed.
